At Cape2Camp, every adventurer is unique — so we build flexibility into your experience. Whether you're travelling solo, hiking with friends, or bringing the whole family, we make it easy to hike your way.
For open group hikes, your vehicle is parked where the hike ends — a safe, designated location along the Cape to Cape Track. We’ll then transfer you to the trailhead at the start of your hike. This is included in your Cape2Camp package.
For private groups, you have the option to park at either the start or the end of your hike. Parking at the start can sometimes save you a longer drive and works well if your group plans to hike at a similar pace.
Our friendly local drivers from the region will greet you and transfer you to your start point — it’s all part of the seamless experience.
All hikes are self-guided, so it's essential to download your navigation tools before starting. We recommend either the Cape to Cape App or AllTrails — both offer offline map access for the entire track.
We also highly recommend the free St John WA Emergency App, which can pinpoint your location offline in an emergency.
⚡ These apps can drain your phone battery, so be sure to bring a fully charged power bank.
We set up a dedicated WhatsApp group at least 10 days before your hike.
It’s the perfect space for last-minute questions, staying connected with fellow hikers, and receiving any live updates during your adventure.
